Building conversations that last.
We believe menstrual health is everyone’s responsibility. Periods are not only a women’s issue. They affect families. They affect communities.
Creating lasting change means ensuring that everyone has access to accurate information and that everyone has a role in building supportive environments.
Our work includes girls and women, transgender men, non-binary and gender-diverse menstruators, disabled menstruators, parents, teachers, coaches and community leaders because meaningful change happens when conversations include everyone.
“A future where no one misses an opportunity because of their period.”
WeTheChange
Our Mission
To fight the stigma around menstruation and make periods normal, safe, and dignified for everyone.
We work through education, access, and action. We put sustainable products in the hands of people who need them. We train communities to have conversations they were never allowed to have. We are building a world where a period is just a period.
Our Vision
A world where menstruation is not a secret.
Where people of all genders understand periods, not as something to whisper about, but as part of life we share responsibility for. Where every menstruator has the agency to make informed choices about their body, their health, and their care, without shame, without barriers, without having to ask permission. Where disability is never a barrier to dignified menstrual care. Where girls do not miss school, skip sports, or feel shame. Where every adolescent, regardless of gender, geography, ability, or circumstance, grows up with the language, knowledge, and support their body deserves.
