Every menstruator deserves knowledge, dignity and the freedom to thrive.
We work with communities across India and East Africa to improve menstrual health through education, sustainable menstrual products and community-led action. Together, we help every menstruator live with dignity, confidence and opportunity.
A PERIOD SHOULD NEVER DECIDE SOMEONE'S FUTURE
Yet for millions of people, periods are still surrounded by silence, stigma and inequality.
Menstrual health is about far more than products. It shapes education, confidence, health, opportunity and the ability to participate fully in everyday life.
Children miss school
Families lack information
Access to safe products is uneven
Conversations remain taboo
How we work
Change begins with three simple ideas
Education
Age-appropriate menstrual health education and workshops.
Access
We distribute sustainable menstrual products and hygiene kits so people can manage their periods safely, comfortably and with dignity.
Community Leadership
We train educators, facilitators and puberty coaches so that knowledge continues within communities long after we leave.
